Curevia Health is a modern EHR platform aimed at improving clinical workflows and healthcare operations. I was brought in to design a comprehensive internal ticketing system that enhances communication, coordination, and task tracking for medical teams.

Project Brief
The objective was to design a scalable, user-friendly ticketing feature within the existing EHR platform, enabling users to log, assign, and manage requests tied to patients, staff, and clinical workflows.
The system promotes seamless collaboration while enhancing visibility, accountability, and efficiency. To improve usability and reduce manual effort, I integrated AI-driven suggestions for linking relevant EHR data and streamlining internal staff communication.
