Design a complete mobile experience for both customer-facing and partner-facing interfaces
The customer app needed to support seamless browsing, booking, and payment for storage spaces, while the partner side required tools for managing listings, availability, and bookings.

Methods
I began with in-depth competitor research, analyzing Bounce, Stasher, and Nannybag to identify strengths, UX gaps, and trust-building features. This informed a smooth user flow with smart filtering, real-time availability, and secure payments on the customer side.
On the partner side, I designed an intuitive dashboard to manage storage listings, review bookings, and track earnings. I also built a mobile-first design system, including components, color styles, icon sets, and typography to maintain consistency and scalability across both experiences.
